It is very clear the times we are living in that bandits no longer fear for themselves or the police. It's very scary and I do hope that government put thing in place to curb crime.
Criminals aren't fearful because of abysmal detection and conviction rates. The video also shows, to me, that the police may need more training as evident from their lack of coordination.
